try our oat bran
seriously, it’s really good for you
get the label that says ‘oat bran’
pour an aga-aga amount into a saucepan for one, two . . .
pour cold water and more than submerge the dry ingredient
place on hot stove & stir continuously until bubbling boiled
shift heat to low & continue stirring briefly.
serve with fruit, milk, fried eggs, bacon, honey, . . .
